Today I decided to dust off the old treadmill and start working out again. I’m getting too lazy and haven’t been to the gym in ages. Now that I have the house, it’s been a big excuse not to go to the gym, so i am thinking i should just cancel my membership and get cracking on the treadmill we have at home.
So while watching csi: miami, i went on the treadmill for an hour. it was a great feeling to workout again, but the one thing i didn’t do was put on shoes. by the end of my workout, the bottom of my feet were all sore and painful.
So then i got on the computer and remembered seeing some article on the Ped Egg. I think I’m going to buy one the next time I go to walmart and try out this bad boy.

These little speakers would be really handy to have so i can listen to my ipod music at work or while i’m working on the house. i wonder how loud the speakers can project…

Cardinals vs. Steelers.
Time for chips & salsa, buffalo wings and other goodies. Mmm!
My first try at lil’ smokies in a blanket. I think i overcooked them by 2 minutes.
Store bought spinach dip and french bread. I didn’t make the spinach dip myself but doesn’t the plating look nice? :-)
Homemade buffalo wings. My wings are always a hit. Spicy & tangy but not over the top. I won’t tell you my secret, but it’s really easy to make!

I’ve always wanted to find a glass bottle i could use to carry water in and use everyday, but when i do find something i ike, it’s alwasy so expensive and i can’t imagine spending $100 on a glass bottle like this one from MOMA. I wonder if MOMA ever has sales…
